From 8 am to 8 pm, Gillian (or someone from her team) will be here to welcome you in person, help you settle in, and answer any questions.
If you’re arriving after 8 pm, just let us know — we’ll send you all the information in advance, and our Masai night security will welcome you and take you to your room.
